Gary Hosey is the founder of Emotional Intelligence Co and High Impact Development and has a personal passion for serving people in their pursuit of learning and development. Working with leaders, managers and people across all levels within organisations, he has delivered 1:1 coaching, workshops and development events to more than 5,000 people.

Gary has worked with more than 25% of The Times Top 200 Organisations in a wide range of business sectors. These include clients ranging from public sector organisations through ambitious start-ups to global FTSE 100 organisations within the UK and internationally.

Gary is an experienced practitioner, using tools within public and private sector environments in both the UK and internationally. He has specialised in developing emotional intelligence with leaders, managers and their teams since 2001 and is a qualified trainer of the new EQi 2.0 and EQ360 psychometric tools.
